One Legal Introduces New Partnerships with San Mateo and Sacramento County Bar Associations

One Legal is excited to announce a new partnership with two Northern California Bar Associations. Sacramento County Bar Association (SCBA) and San Mateo County Bar Association (SMCBA) join other legal professional groups who partner with One Legal on behalf of their memberships. As part of this agreement, active members of the SMCBA and SCBA are now eligible for special discounts on One Legal’s products and services, including court filing, process serving and courtesy copy delivery. 

San Mateo County Bar Association initiated their partnership with One Legal to coincide with the San Mateo court launch of voluntary eFiling in Civil case types earlier in June. One Legal is now actively working with the association to highlight benefits of eFiling and to provide educational resources to assist firms in making a successful transition to new digital workflows. 

Thanks to the new vendor relationship with the Sacramento County Bar Association, lawyers and legal professionals throughout the Sacramento region and beyond will also have access to online litigation training, support, and resources. This change comes as more California courts continue to transition to electronic filing and electronic service. The timing also coincides with the beginning of SCBA’s second century of serving the legal professionals across the county.
