Executive Chairman With an accomplished career spanning in excess of 26 years across the Australian ICT industry, Stephen was CEO of InfoTrack Australia since 2010 but has since transitioned into his role as Chairman of the InfoTrack Group of Companies. As Chairman, Steve manages an impressive portfolio of businesses around the globe and works tirelessly to uphold growth strategies for global domination in the search industry, while remaining committed to delivering operational excellence and support for InfoTrack customers.

As CEO, Robert drives the vision, culture, and growth of One Legal. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the litigation support services industry, including 20 years’ in senior positions at One Legal. Since 2007, he has overseen One Legal’s entry into electronic court filing and, today is focused on building the company into the most trusted marketplace dedicated to legal professionals and litigants.

Richard is responsible for One Legal’s branding, communications, and growth. He has a decade of experience working with the legal profession, including as a senior manager at the Law Society of England and Wales—Europe’s largest bar association. He has a BA in political science and an MA in European studies from King’s College London.

Rose Gutierrez leads One Legal’s development, implementation, and direction of all human resources and talent acquisition. As an established People Operations leader, she has more than 15 years’ experience in aligning talent, organization, and culture to support the overall business objectives and on-going scalability. Rose has worked at cutting edge companies such as Sonim Technologies, Robert Half International, Salesforce, and Open Table.

Donna is responsible for One Legal’s accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting functions. She brings more than 30 years’ experience in both private and publicly held companies, with a focus on strategic and financial planning, system & process improvements, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance. Donna has a bachelor’s degree from Golden Gate State University.
