Official Prize Drawing Rules and Regulations

1. How to participate

1.1. Entry Period: The Prize Drawing will begin when One Legal’s Final Verdict 2026 virtual client celebration (the “Event”) occurs on Wednesday, December 16, 2026, from 11:00 am to 11:45 am, Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).

1.2. How to enter: To enter the Prize Drawing, a person must attend the Event live, as shown by the attendance records of the Event’s virtual platform, for at least twenty-five (25) minutes during the Entry Period. Registering for the Event does not enter the Prize Drawing, and a registrant who does not attend the Event is not entered. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

1.3. Each eligible attendee will receive one (1) entry for one (1) chance to win the Prize, regardless of the number of devices, sessions, or log-ins used. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period. Entries are not transferable.

1.4. This Prize Drawing is only open to permanent legal U.S. residents who are 18 or older on the date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, you represent and warrant that you have read and accepted these Rules and Regulations and understand that you may be contacted by the Sponsor for the purpose of informing you that you have been selected as a potential winner and arranging delivery of the Prize. The use of any device, robot, or software to automate the entry process is prohibited, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has done so.

2. Prize

2.1. Prize: There will be one (1) random drawing producing one (1) winner of one (1) prize (the “Prize”). The Prize is one (1) Amazon gift card with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $250.00, or prize of similar value. Any depiction of the Prize is for illustrative purposes only.

2.2. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the Prize, except that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable. Limit ONE (1) Prize per person. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer, and the Sponsor is not responsible for a gift card that is lost, stolen, or expired after delivery. The gift card issuer does not sponsor, endorse, or administer the Prize Drawing. The winner is solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically identified as included. All federal, state and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winner.

2.3. Prize draw: The random drawing for the Prize will take place on or about December 16 - 18, 2026, and in any event within thirty (30) days after the Event.

2.4. The drawing will be carried out by the Sponsor, acting as judge of this Prize Drawing, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Prize Drawing. All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be subject to a computerized random drawing to select the potential winner.

2.5. Within one (1) week following the drawing, the Sponsor will contact the potential winner by email at the email address used to register for the Event. Should the potential winner fail to reply to the Sponsor by email or telephone within seven (7) business days, that potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited any rights to the Prize and the Sponsor will have the right to select an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor will attempt to notify no more than two (2) alternate potential winners, after which the Prize may go unawarded.

2.6. Before being officially declared the winner, a selected entry must be verified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity, age, and eligibility and compliance with these Rules and Regulations prior to awarding the Prize. The Sponsor retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent or greater value in the event of the unavailability of the Prize for any reason. The decisions of the Sponsor on all issues relating to the Prize Drawing will be final and binding on all entrants.

2.7. Odds: The odds of being selected as the potential winner depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

3. General rules

3.1. All Prize claims are subject to verification by the Sponsor and/or its designated representatives.

3.2. The Prize Drawing is open to eligible persons who attend the Event and enter in accordance with Section 1.2, except that the following are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and of any advertising, promotion, or fulfillment agency involved in this Prize Drawing; and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and members of the same household of any of the foregoing. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that accepting the Prize complies with any gift, ethics, or employer policies and laws that apply to them, including those that apply to government employees. The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant, or withdraw the Prize from a winner, who cannot accept it consistently with those policies and laws.

3.3. Entrants consent to the Sponsor and its Event platform provider using the Event attendance records to determine eligibility and to conduct the drawing.

3.4. The Sponsor will be the sole and final reference source in validating the Prize claim.

3.5. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Neither the Sponsor nor any organization involved in organizing the Prize Drawing shall be responsible for any entry or documentation that is unreadable, illegible, incomplete, lost, stolen, misdirected, not received, destroyed, or delayed for any reason whatsoever.

3.6. The Sponsor is not liable for faulty computer components, software, or links, the loss or nonexistence of communications capability, or faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, including any failure of the Event platform, that render an entrant ineligible for the Prize Drawing. The Sponsor is also not liable for any damage or loss that may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any software or form or the transmission of any information with regard to entering the Prize Drawing.

3.7. Any personal information collected from entrants by the Sponsor or its affiliates will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at www.infotrack.com/privacy).

3.8. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Prize Drawing, at its sole discretion, in the event of a computer virus or bug, unauthorized human intervention, or any other occurrence beyond its control which corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, or normal operation of the Prize Drawing.

3.9. By entering, entrants agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations or to cancel the Prize Drawing at any time.

3.10. By participating in the Prize Drawing, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, as well as any advertising companies, promotion agencies, or other persons or entities engaged in the development or execution of this Prize Drawing from any and all liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this Prize Drawing or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the Prize.

3.11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Sponsor or any of the parties released in Section 3.10 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to this Prize Drawing, and any entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to the ARV of the Prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing may not apply to all entrants.

3.12. These Rules and Regulations, and all matters arising out of or relating to this Prize Drawing, are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Prize Drawing.
