Courtesy Copy Delivery

Check your court’s Local Rules for courtesy copy requirements. Generally, they are needed for documents that require judicial review, action, or signature, such as:

  • Motions
  • Pleadings
  • Demurrers
  • Orders
  • Judgments

“Other” Court Delivery

Select this option for any other type of court delivery besides a courtesy copy, such as:

  • Filing fee checks
  • Exhibit binders
  • Evidence packets
  • Bench copies for hearings or trials
  • Documents for specialty departments or courtrooms

Zone 1 Courthouses: Enjoy next-day delivery at no extra charge.

Remote Locations (Outside Zone 1): Standard delivery within 2 business days.

Urgent

Delivery within 1 business day; same-day available for orders placed before 12 p.m. PT.

Standard price + $80 rush fee.

Urgent Service Level

Zone 1 Courthouses: Orders placed before 12 p.m. PT receive same-day delivery.
Remote Locations (Outside Zone 1): Orders placed before 12 p.m. PT receive next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 12 p.m. PT receive prioritized handling, but the delivery timeframe may vary.
