Do you really mean free Cook County eFiling and eService?
Yes. One Legal doesn't charge a transaction fee for eFiling and eService orders you make in Illinois, Indiana or Texas. There's a 3.3% convenience fee on disbursed court fees, though this is waived when you pay by ACH. You remain responsible for any court-mandated and statutory fees.
What can I file in Cook County?
As of mid-2018, you can file case documents electronically in the chancery, civil, domestic relations, child support, law, probate, and elder law divisions. We expect Cook County to eventually open eFiling to additional divisions.
