Request removal of your firm's access to a case

Use the form below to request removal from a case that is currently in CaseLink.

What's the difference between requesting the removal of case access ("opting out") and being removed from the service list?

Completing this form means that you will no longer have access to the case in CaseLink. This means that you will not be able to access CaseLink’s case information, case notices, or the case’s document repository. Once removed, you cannot eServe via CaseLink. You will remain on the case’s eService list.

Removal from the eService list means that you will no longer receive any notifications of any kind regarding the case.

  • Upload supporting documentation

    For security purposes, please upload any supporting document(s). Examples include a Substitution of Attorney, Association of Attorney, etc. Our CaseLink administrator will use this document to validate your request. You will receive a confirmation email after your request has been processed. Processing typically occurs within 24 hours.
