We are excited to announce that a new look is coming to One Legal soon! In the next few weeks, we’ll be turning the main page of your One Legal account into a dashboard of key information with quick access to some of your most frequent tasks.
Get a sneak peek at what’s coming:
What is the dashboard?
Our team has created a collection of “widgets” through which you can quickly navigate to specific pages, track recent orders, see top cases, and more. Think of it as your control center for at-a-glance updates and high-level details regarding all One Legal orders and actions.
Why the new design?
Based on a series of interviews and surveys, we identified a few areas in which our customers were looking to see and do more. Professionals like you shared feedback helping us to choose which pieces of data to display and how.
On this dashboard, we’ve kept the easy ordering capabilities that you’re used to, while adding extra points of information and filtered views.
Here are some of the things you can do from the new dashboard:
#1: Start a court filing, process serve, or other order
All the same ability to quickly place any One Legal order remains. Look to the far-left top corner of the screen for the list of our four main products and click on the order type to jump into the same order workflow you’re accustomed to.
#2: Quickstart a new order into a recent case
Several of your most recent cases will sit front and center on the dashboard. Click to place a filing or other order into that case directly and we’ll jumpstart the order workflow for you, pre-filling the case details so you can get to the document specifics sooner.
#3: Search for past orders
To the left of your screen is a list of transactions you have placed most recently, showing key case information for each. You can track status changes for these orders or search for past orders by entering a case name, number, or client billing code into the search bar at the top of this widget.
#4: Track status updates for recent orders
On the top right of the screen, you’ll see all orders that are in-progress, accepted, or rejected during a certain period of time. Look at the past 30, 60, or 90 days by order type and filter by filings, process serves, courtesy copies, or research and retrieval.
#5: Access One Legal support and resources
We heard from you that an easier connection to One Legal support and resources would be valuable, so we’ve added our newest blog and quick links to support you use you most. See frequently asked questions on our Support Center and see contact details to reach out to our customer support team more quickly.
We can’t wait to show you the full dashboard experience and get your feedback on the new features. Be on the lookout: this update will be coming to your One Legal account in the new few weeks.
