Court updates this week 

This week: Madera County reveals their strategic plan, San Bernardino County relaunches audio streaming court wide 

Butte County 

The Court has issued a clarification on COVID-19 mask requirements when visiting the facility. Read the order>>

The Court has released its 5-year strategic plan for 2020-2025. Read the report>> 

Marin County 

The Court prepares to re-open to the public and bring back jury trials. Learn more >>  

Orange County

Due to a recent update from the Court, some transactions will now be split into multiple orders to separate certain document types. Customers will only be charged for one order, and no change in action is needed.

The Court announces that audio streaming has been relaunched on a court-wide basis. Read the release>>

The Court has announced that electronic court filing will be mandatory for all Limited and Unlimited Civil or Probate matters. One Legal will continue to be a certified eFiling service provider in all eFiling case types in San Diego County.
