Court updates this week

This week: More courts respond to increasing COVID-19 cases by restricting courthouse access, closing filing counters, and re-scheduling trials.

One Legal updates

One Legal has reintroduced the option for same-day physical filing and Courtesy Copy Delivery in certain courts. Starting today, all paper filings submitted to One Legal by 11 a.m. will be delivered to the court on that business day.

Please note: With courts relying on the use of dropboxes to accept filings, we cannot guarantee same-day filing and we still expect delays in getting returned documents.
