Court updates this week
This week: L.A. County launches pilot program for personal injury courtrooms, San Mateo extends their emergency response calendar due to COVID-19.
Alameda County
The Court has announced that it is implementing further measured efforts to restore in-person services to the public, effective the week of May 3, 2021.
Humboldt County
The Court has announced calendar changes for probate, guardianship, and conservatorship matters, effective July 1, 2021.
Imperial County
In response to the local decline in COVID-19 concerns, the Court announces that it will begin to implement phase 4 of its six-phase re-opening plan.
Los Angeles County
The Court announces that it is launching a new voluntary pilot program for litigants to obtain a prompt bench trial in cases assigned to the Personal Injury Hub courtrooms.
San Mateo County
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the Court announces that it is reissuing and extending its Fourteenth Court emergency response calendar memo order, from March 12, 2021.
