Court updates this week 

This week: San Bernardino announces several calendar changes for Family Law Division, L.A.’s relocated Child Support program prepares to begin hearings.

Los Angeles County 

The Court’s Child Support (AB 1058) Program, which relocated to the Stanley Mosk courthouse, will begin hearing cases on Monday, April 19, 2021.

The Court announces that it is looking for a resident attorney of Marin to serve on the Marin County Law Library Board of Trustees.

The Court announces that the Family Law Division in Victorville will implement several calendar changes of assignments, effective June 1, 2021.

The Court announces that it is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy on the San Diego County Juvenile Justice Commission.

The Court announces the appointment of Patrick J. Smalling to the position of Superior Court Judge on April 1, 2021, by Governor Newsom, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Brett H. Morgan.
