The Superior Court of California, Orange County, has contracted with One Legal to build and manage an electronic portal to the Court that allows legal professionals to manage their Orange County electronic filing and electronic process serving needs for Civil cases in a user-friendly, cost-effective and secure environment.
eFiling & eService in Orange County Gives You 24-hour Access to File and Serve for All Types of Civil Cases
The eFiling service allows legal professionals to maximize their resources by enabling users to submit documents electronically to the Orange County courts 24 hours a day from any computer with Internet access. The eService product allows users to electronically give notice to opposing counsel as part of the eFiling transaction or as a stand-alone transaction. Most eFiled documents are processed by the Court in two hours or less. Deadlines of 4:45 p.m. with no rush charges give you extra time for stress-free court filing.
All documents submitted through the portal are automatically routed to the courts' Case Management and Document Management Systems and all filing transactions are stored and can be reviewed in the filing party's order status page.
