CT and One Legal Join Forces to Create First Nationwide Court Filing and Retrieval Service

We are very pleased to announce that One Legal has formed a joint venture with CT, a Wolters Kluwer business. As a result, our company will soon be able to offer nationwide document retrieval and court filing services. As you may know, CT is a highly recognized name in the registered agent business where they act as agents for process serving for thousands of national companies of all sizes. By combining One Legal's best-in-class technology with CT's national service presence and infrastructure, we will soon have the capability of extending our services throughout the USA.
As the Co-Founder and CEO of One Legal, it has always been my dream to make One Legal into a national provider of legal support services, and soon we will become the first company to do that. I have believed for a long time that, as law firms consolidate and become multi-state operations, they should be able to buy litigation support services nationally just like they can buy their office supplies from companies like Staples or Office Depot nationwide. This partnership with CT is a first step towards offering national service to our valued customers.
Over the years we have been approached by many well established companies and have had opportunities to become associated with these companies, but we have always resisted their advances for one reason or another. With CT, we found that we shared several core business values, including the focus on exceptional customer service.
Because of our partnership with CT, we have formed a new company, and have changed the name of our company from One Legal, Inc. to One Legal LLC. Regardless, we will still be known as One Legal and will continue to focus on providing you with excellent service.
