It’s easy to sign-up – just contact One Legal Accounts Payable at (800) 938-8815 and provide your customer number, recipient name and email address for the invoices. We’ll then email you your invoices via an attached PDF.
Tip of the Month
Q: I Can’t Find My Filing Type in the Pull-Down Menu! What do I do?
Filing customers who do not see the exact type of filing in their designated court's menu can choose either 1) no fee pleading, 2) pleading no fee or 3) other, depending upon the choice available for that court. In certain courts, you may also be asked to enter a document name and description. After selecting either the no fee or other option, the court will charge One Legal the correct amount and then invoice according to the filing type. View a sample screen shot.
Adding Citations to an Original Petition
Adding citations to an original petition can cause challenges the first time a customer encounters this task. To add citations, go to the Parties of Record screen and choose the Add Plaintiff/Defendant button. This will allow you to add parties from an existing list.
