New Online Ordering Features!
Are you aware of the many new features we’ve added over the past few months such as free document conversion, eBilling and Courtesy Copies?
- Document
Conversion
Upload documents in just about any format, including Microsoft Word®, Corel WordPerfect® or many other common file formats (i.e. JPG, .GIF, .XLS, .BMP, etc.). This feature eliminates the need for you to convert and/or scan and save files in a Portable Document Format (PDF) before sending your documents to One Legal. - eBilling
Eliminate paper and save the environment by having your One Legal invoices issued electronically. It’s easy to sign-up – just contact One Legal Accounts Payable at (800) 938-8815 and provide your customer number, recipient name and email address for the invoices. We’ll then email you your invoices via an attached PDF. - Courtesy
Copies
You can request copies of your documents be sent to an outside party or judge when placing your online orders. On the Place Order tab, simply check the Courtesy Copies box and use the field below to enter specific instructions. This service is offered for an additional $10.00 plus $0.25 per page.

Tip of the Month: Save as a Draft
One Legal’s new online filing system lets customers initiate a filing and save their filing in draft format for completion at a later time. To take advantage of this feature, just select the "Save as a Draft" tab after entering all or part of your order. Then, you can come back to the order at any time without losing your previously entered data.
