One Legal Service of Process

In 1990, One Legal was the first to offer electronic filing via the fax machine, and 5 years later, expanded into Service of Process.  Although goSERVE is not as widely known as our goFILE product, it continues to gain popularity as more customers learn about this convenient option.  Here are some reasons to choose One Legal for your next SOP order:  

  • Online Ordering – Place your orders online, and then send your documents to One Legal via fax, upload or a combination of both.
  • Automatic Status Updates – You'll receive status updates via email, or you can check your order's progress online 24/7.
  • Flexible delivery – First attempt within 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours. Plus, no charge for subsequent attempts, time or mileage.
  • File & Serve Option – You’ll save time by choosing the combined goFILE & SERVE option.

In March 2006, One Legal converted to online ordering for all goSERVE orders, allowing customers to enjoy the benefits of online tracking and status updates.  As we move into 2007, we are in the process of transitioning goFILE to online ordering as well.  Look for more details to come!  

Online Ordering Tips: Create and Manage Templates

A popular enhancement to our new online ordering system is the ability to create and manage templates.  This feature allows you to use a saved template for subsequent orders, as well as customize the format to your preferences.  Information is also pre-populated in the fields so there’s no need to re-enter your case details. Did you know that One Legal has a Customer Support Department available to help you with questions or issues
