Where can you eFile in California using One Legal?
California’s 58 superior courts are in the process of introducing electronic court filing. Individual courts will begin eFiling on their own timetables. Find out if you can eFile using One Legal in your court in the table below.
Don’t see your county listed? Don’t worry. Some superior courts in California have not yet announced plans to implement electronic court filing. You can still place filings in these courts with your One Legal account. Just upload your documents and we’ll physically deliver them to the court. To learn more click here.
