California’s 58 superior courts are in the process of introducing electronic court filing. Individual courts will begin eFiling on their own timetables. Find out if your court accepts electronic filing in the table below.

Don’t see your county listed? Don’t worry. Some superior courts in California have not yet announced plans to implement electronic court filing.
